We love BIG Bus/ Hop on hop off across the globe! Highly recommended to get the highlights & layout/ feel of a city! Our 2day Miami Tour was no different. Great to be able to get some history & info about places of interest and people. Awesome sunset cruise too. Hoping to still do the bicycle hire. Would be great for the company to have USB ports on the buses and friendlier, more efficient "ground" staff. A must do!

Very well organized. Voucher can be changed to a ticket at every station. Bus is coming every 30 minutes. A very good live tracking app shows you the next bus. Audio comment in lots of languages including german. Operatiob hours should be a little bit longer.

My Wife and I really enjoyed this tour. Booking it Was super simple via this app and there was a Big Bus agent at our meet up location which even Assisted with upgrading the ticket to include the Boat tour. Got some amazing pics and videos And so much better than walking in the Miami Heat. The Boat tour was fun! Guide was energetic Funny and was so cool to see the homes of Miami’s rich and famous. One piece of advice Is if you’re staying at any hotels on Collins Ave, If renting a car, park in the 16th Ave parking area Which is right across the street from Soundscapes Park. (No trucks or vans). This saved gas and Made it super easy to get back our car when The bus ride dropped us back off. If doing the Boat ride, do the same thing and catch Bus back From Bayside back to Washington Ave /16th st

It was a very nice activity. I definitely recommend it. The tour owners are at an advanced level and I will try their other tours. They have nice tours that you will not regret and have a fun time.
